Our house is up for rent throughout the year and accommodates 4-6 people:
- Quoted prices are for 4 guests, EUR 20 daily surcharge for additional guests
- Prices are per day, minimum rental period is 3 days
- No separate cleaning charges apply for rentals of 1 week and beyond

Bookings

Booking confirmation
In order to confirm your reservation, we need an advance payment into our bank account (50% of rent); once we receive this payment, your booking is confirmed. Reservations are kept active for 5 business days, if your confirmation payment has not arrived by then, the reservation will be cancelled.
Method of payment/security deposit
We can only accept online banking and cash payments. The remaining 50% of the rent and the security deposit (EUR 250) are to be paid in cash upon arrival unless the full payment was done through online banking beforehand.
Cancellation
Should you decide to cancel or in case of no-shows, the reservation payment will not be re-imbursed.
Key hand-over/check-in: Check-in times are 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. – in case you plan to arrive outside these hours, please get in touch. Contact person details will be provided prior to your arrival.
Check-out
Check-out time on departure day is 11 a.m., in case of back to back bookings, the house is available for check-in only after 4 p.m. (to allow for cleaning) – we do give advance notice in such cases.
Cleaning/charges
For stays of 7 days+ no charges apply, otherwise a charge of EUR 70 is due. The house is being cleaned on a weekly basis incl. change of bed-sheets etc. In case you desire more frequent cleaning, this can be arranged for (separate charges).
Departure
Garbage needs to be disposed of (garbage collection point behind the house across the road); all used bed sheets must be deposited next to the washing machine upon departure.
Pets
On request – we love dogs and are happy to discuss arrangements, a surcharge applies for additional cleaning work.
Damage
Any damage to the house/furniture must be reported and paid for beyond the security deposit.
